About Egg Atlas
65 researched guides to cooking eggs, in English, French and German. Egg cookery has far more regional names, household versions and techniques than that, and the collection grows when a method is distinct enough to need its own guide.
How a guide is laid out
Ingredients, ordered steps and what to look for at each step come first. Longer notes on equipment, troubleshooting and the version being taught open when you need them. Every page is generated as HTML, so the instructions work with JavaScript turned off and print cleanly.
There are no accounts, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party embeds. Your kitchen choices are saved in your own browser. The host may keep its own server logs.
Researched, not kitchen-tested
Every guide names its references and describes the version it teaches. Instructions are written for this site, in metric with Celsius and Fahrenheit. Regional variations are named rather than presented as one universal recipe.
All 65 guides are marked Researched. None has a documented Egg Atlas cooking trial yet. “Kitchen-tested” is reserved for a recorded trial with date, equipment, egg conditions, observations and corrections.
Photos show the named preparation and can differ in plating. The drawings explain shape, movement and doneness cues; they are not evidence that a recipe has been cooked. No food images are AI-generated.

General baking, desserts and standalone sauces are out of scope. A sauce appears where it completes a listed dish, such as hollandaise in eggs Benedict.
